Schedule for Entrance Examination

First Semester | A.Y. 2023-2024

 
 

Incoming freshmen and transferee students (Undergraduate Program only)

 
  • The schedule will be from APRIL- MAY 2022 (every 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 1:00 PM) at DSSC Digos Campus.
  • Before visiting the DSSC Digos Campus, secure your online appointment at https://forms.gle/qiijD38ddsxvdidM6.
  • Present the screenshot of your online appointment upon entry at Gate 2 and bring with you the following requirements:
  • Photocopy of Report Card: Grade 11 and Grade 12
  • Informative Copy of TOR (for transferees)
  • 2 pcs. Passport Size ID Picture with nametag (white background)
  • 1 Long brown envelope, pencil, and ballpen

 

NOTE: The Admission Office will only cater to students with COMPLETE Requirements. This is to control the entry of takers and ensure health and safety protocol. Latecomers will not be entertained. Wear a White T-shirt (Strictly no entry for Sando, Crop tops, Ripped jeans, Slippers, and Above knee skirts)
