With its outstanding practices in Human Resource Management, Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) has officially received the Bronze Award in the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) after receiving a 100% Level II Maturity and Proficiency rating in four HRM areas namely Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R) in the on-site CSC assessment on July 19-21, 2023.

 

 

Present during the awarding were DSSC President Dr. Augie E. Fuentes, VPAA Dr. Siverlyn M. Camposano, Supervising Administrative Officer, Engr. Clara A. Acebes, CSC Davao del Sur Director Richard Ortiz, and DSSC-Creative and Social Media Services Officer Rolando A. Licudine, among others.
