DSSC Maintains ISO 9001:2015 Certification Davao del Sur State College welcomed ACubeTIC International Auditors for an ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit on April 29, 2024.

Led by Mr. Paul B. Bagatsing, and his team of Auditors comprising Ms. Czharina Gutierrez Buaqeña, and Mr. Melvin Grueso, the team audited the Top Management of the College, and different Offices and Institute dividedly.

The auditors checked the 3 Ps, People, Process, and Papers of each office and departments, as well as the Quality Management System of the college, and the maintenance of the processes since acquiring the ISO 9001:2015 Certification in June 2023.

The surveillance also evaluated the realization of the unit including identification of customer needs, handling of customer complaints and customer satisfaction as well as the identified risk and opportunities and its corresponding controls/action and its effectiveness.

Process owners from various offices presented their step-by-step processes as stipulated in their Documented Procedure Manual, including pieces of evidence, to the esteemed group of accreditors.

Consequently, the College received a recommendation for retaining the Certification for its Quality Management System.

This certification is valid from June 27, 2023, until June 26, 2026.

The scope of certification covers the provisions of the Graduate and Undergraduate Studies, the Research and Extension, the Student and Support Services, and other notable services offered by the institution.

The College's academic and non-academic community takes pride in this success and will do its best to maintain the quality of services offered to the clientele.
