Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) warmly welcomed the personnel from South Cotabato State College (SCSC) for their benchmarking visit July 5, 2024.
The ICTC Team headed by Dr. Felomino Alba , General Services Office Head Ms. Charmie Dela, DSSC Human Resource Management Officer II , Mr. Kristoffer Tantano Legal Assistant III , Mr. Evangelist Excel Javelona, Records Officer, Mrs. Lurevie Pausal shared the best practices of DSSC such as Merit System, Performance Management, Records System, and the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Also present during the benchmarking activity were Atty. Maria Gemma Oquendo, Mr, Rex B Barroquillo, Ms. Catherine Discarsa, Mr. Aljune Magui, Mr. Rey Loplop, Mr. Desidorio Franco, Jr., Ms. Elen Avila and Mr. Ryan Fuerte.
The visitors were guided and given a tour by selected DSSC employees.
