To the talented coaches and passionate students who poured their hearts into this extraordinary journey, your dedication and artistic prowess shone bright, making waves in the world of culture and arts.  Your creativity has made this event unforgettable, and your commitment to collaboration, inspiration, and innovation has set a stellar example for all.

A special shoutout to the University of Southern Mindanao for hosting a spectacular festival!  The outstanding hospitality and support provided throughout the event made the experience truly memorable for DSSC delegates. From comfortable accommodations to top-notch security, every detail was meticulously taken care of, allowing the focus to remain on the competitions and the enjoyment of the festival.
