Objectives and Goals
OBJECTIVES
1. Enhance professionalism, commitment and deliver services with utmost integrity and accountability.
2. Promote research-based information and innovative technologies for sustainable development.
3.Develop a research culture among DSSC faculty.
4.Develop internationally-competent, environmentally-sound and market-driven knowledge technology.
5.Strenghthen local and international collaborations and partnerships for programs and extension activities.
6. Intensify resource production and mobilization to maintain financial sustainability of the college.
7. Promote teamwork and unity within the college while rendering public service.
GOALS
The DSSC faculty manual shall serve as a guide for the faculty of the college on the important policies. procedures and standards in preforming its four-fold function in instructions, research , extension, and production.

About DAVAO DEL SUR STATE COLLGE MATANAO EXTENSION CAMPUS

Matanao Extension campus was acquired in 1998 through the leadership of Dr. Francisco G. Ladaga as the College president of Southern Philippines Agri-Business and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST). It was the Experimental and Demo Farm of the College then, for student research studies and some income generating projects related to crop production. In 1999-2001 classes for DAT/BAT program was conducted in Matanao Ext Campus and later transferred to main campus due to lack of facilities needed for accreditation reasons.
SPAMAST Matanao got its land title on July 27, 2007 by virtue of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 63783 from the Original Certificate of Title No. CARP-Y-01812 dated November 27, 1996 under sec 109 to 114 CA 141 as amended and Transfer Certificate of Title No. 63784 from the Original Cert of Title No CARP-Y-01812 which was also granted on Nov 27, 1996, sec 109 to 114 CA 141 as amended
