Dr. Augie E. Fuentes, DSSC President, graduated from the Commission on Higher Education- Global Academic Leadership Program (CHED-GALP) on November 29, 2023, at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Campus in Makati City.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has partnered with the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) to offer a constructive initiative - the Global Academic Leadership Program (GALP). This program is tailored for academic leaders in Local Universities and Colleges (LUC) and executives in Local Government Units (LGU) who are looking to build and develop their transformative leadership skills through immersive learning platforms.

The GALP aims to equip them with the necessary skills and expertise to transform LUCs into powerful institutions that provide high-quality education, thereby expanding the youth's access to local and global opportunities.

This opportunity will give Dr. Fuentes more insight into leading the college’s governance to achieve its vision and mission of becoming an internationally recognized institution that provides an innovative academic environment to its clientele.
