The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) oversees the delivery of functions and services as the college's administrative arm for personnel services. It assesses, evaluates, and monitors the efficient and effective delivery of the four systems of the HRMO, particularly the Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management System (PMS), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R). The HRMO coordinates with other government agencies, particularly the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on matters of employees’ welfare.
